The app isn't free, but all installs will get a free batch of 10 credits to generate some tests before committing to any payment. Then we have a couple of monthly subscription plans + a Pay as you Go usage plan, to hopefully cater to all needs.
We do have a handy "How To" area within the app that gives a checklist of points to stick to and what to avoid. As with all AI tools, the quality of input is critical. We've spent a lot of time and effort fine tuning image handling and prompts to get the best quality outputs as possible, but the initial assets do make a big impact.
This current iteration of greenroom is aimed at fashion brands, any typical clothing modelled on a person from tops, bottoms, dresses and one pieces. It does not yet support hats, shoes and accessories well but this is coming soon. As is product photography for non-clothing products.
After installing and connecting your product catalog - there is a simple 4 step process of selecting a Model from our bank of Models, selecting a background Scene, selecting some configurations such as how many images to generate and then choosing which of your products to include in that batch.
Merchants are being able to generate hundreds of new photo's for their products and have them displaying live onsite or in their ads feed within minutes.
Following a very similar process to the above, creating video is just as simple a set of steps. You can either choose to animate your own existing product photography, or the product photography you have generated with Greenroom.
Video can take an extra few minutes to generate over the images, but similarly you can sync them straight back into Shopify to use onsite or within your ads feeds.
On your monthly subscription you can cancel at any point, and as with any Shopify App you'll not be charged any further.
Unfortunately we can't refund based on any individual generations not being as expected. We will of course reapply credits in the unlikely circumstances of any generations failing to fully complete.
We will pickup any of the file formats that are accepted by Shopify, so you should never experience any issues with formats being broken in one place or another.
Yes there are no contractual obligations, you can cancel anytime or switch to the pay as you go plan to keep the app installed if you're not planning to use much over a period of time.
